• What are the details of the event? What can I expect from the Festival of Trees Gala?

  • Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 6:00-10:00 pm at the Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake at 3000 Nasa Pkwy, Houston, TX 77058. The theme of the gala is "The Roaring Twenties" - a Great Gatsby party! The gala's dress code is semi-formal but you can also join us in dressing up in 1920's themed costumes! The gala will feature live music and dancing, dinner, a cash bar, a wine pull, a photo booth, raffle(s), and both live and silent auctions.

• What does this event support?

  • Proceeds from the Festival of Trees Gala event will benefit ICM's ongoing services which assist local families who are in an economic crisis due to issues such as illness and unemployment. Agency services include: emergency rent and utility assistance to prevent homelessness, food assistance, referral to low or no-cost medical services, and outreach for homebound senior citizens. Each month ICM assists approximately 300 families. Interfaith Caring Ministries is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that services families and individuals in the Clear Creek and Friendswood Independent School Districts (CCISD & FISD) in Texas.

• Will there be a raffle?

  • Yes! You can buy raffle tickets before the event on our Tickets page. Check back for more information soon about what the raffle prize(s) will be. 

• Will there be a live auction?

  • Yes, there will be a live auction! You will be issued a bidder number when you check in at the gala and you can use that to win fabulous prizes!  Check out the Auction Items page to see what new items are added as we receive them!  If you can donate something for our live or silent auctions, please contact Johnnie Hubbard, ICM Director of Development, at jhubbard@icmtx.org or at 281-332-3881 x 1112.

• Will there be a silent auction?

  • Yes, there will be a silent auction! You will be issued a bidder number when you check in at the gala and you can use that to win fabulous prizes! Tickets, Sponsorship, Underwriting, & More

• How can I support Interfaith Caring Ministries via this fundraising event?

  1. Become an event Sponsor

     • ICM is looking for organizations or individuals that are able to support the Festival of Trees fundraising event as we raise money to support our programs. For more information about becoming a sponsor, check out our Sponsor Packet or visit our Tickets, Sponsors, and Underwriters page.

  2. Become an event Underwriter

     • ICM is looking for organizations or individuals that are willing to underwrite certain aspects of the Gala event including Entertainment, Decorations, Printing, Invites & Postage, Wine, & Signage. For more information about becoming an underwriter, check out our Sponsor Packet or visit our Tickets, Sponsors, and Underwriters page.

  3. Become an event Advertiser

     • Advertise at the Festival of Trees Gala event by purchasing an Advertisement. To purchase a Gala Advertisement spot, please contact Johnnie Hubbard, ICM Director of Development, at jhubbard@icmtx.org or at 281-332-3881 x 1112. Advertisements will be played throughout the Gala event.

  4. Donate an item to our auction

     • If you can donate something for our live or silent auctions, please contact Johnnie Hubbard, ICM Director of Development, at jhubbard@icmtx.org or at 281-332-3881 x 1112. Interfaith Caring Ministries is a non-profit 501(c)(3), all donations are tax-deductible in accordance with state law.

  5. Buy individual tickets

     • Individual tickets can be purchased on our Tickets page.

  6. Sponsor a Festival of Trees holiday tree

     • Holiday tree sponsors may choose to have their tree decorated at their place of business or at their residence. Purchase your Tree Sponsorship on our Tickets & Sponsorships page. 

  7. Make a monetary donation

     • If you are unable to attend or sponsor the Festival of Trees fundraising event but wish to contribute a donation in support of Interfaith Caring Ministries' ongoing programs, you can make a donation at the bottom of the Tickets page.

• If I buy a sponsorship or sponsor a table, do I have admission tickets included?

  • Yes, the Great Gatsby sponsor level includes a table for 10 attendees, the Cat's Meow sponsor level includes a table for 10 attendees, the Speakeasy sponsor level includes seating for 6 attendees, and a Bee's Knees Table includes a table for 10 attendees.

• Can I buy individual tickets?

  • Yes, you don't have to sponsor a table to attend the Festival of Trees Gala. Individual tickets can be purchased on our Tickets page.
